Role Models and Interactivity: Learning styles
September 11, 2008Interactivity is the key to delivering a lasting message to young people. Theory works, but only for the aural learners.
When you think of the three major learning types: visual, spatial, kin-aesthetic, auditory, interactive, spacial and aural – how do you inspire all types with a long lasting inspirational message?
Perhaps the major reason that media is so powerful when messaging to young people is the interactive nature of it. Bright colours, big messages, real life experiences and demonstrations.
If we could incorporate these messaging types and styles into positive messages and morals – we could actually programme some good, healthy and positive messaging into the kids.
For this reason, we believe that the exhibition needs to be 3D – live, bright, colourful and loud to have a positive impact on these different learning styles.
